Thousands march against cuts in Glasgow

Community groups, public sector workers and trades union activists were amongst those who turned out to march against public sector cuts at a demonstration in Glasgow on Saturday 20th October. Protest the Government plans to shut down Britain’s largest employer of disabled people – Remploy. If they get away with this it is likely to consign 1,700 disabled workers to a life on benefits.
